By an order dated 22.09.2011 this Court admitted the present Appeal. Ad-interim order granted earlier was continued and in the meanwhile, the Trial Court was directed to dispose of the pending suits as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months from 22.09.2011.

In this view of the matter, the present Appeal in all likelihood is rendered infructuous. However, in the event the Suit
