The applicant was granted bail by this court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 17/02/2021 passed in Bail Application No.1302 of 2020. Vide Clause No. (v) of the operative part the applicant was permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs.25000/- for a period of eight weeks in lieu of surety. 26-ia-1693-21.odt submits that, because of continued of lockdown and travel restrictions, he was unable to arrange for the sureties and last chance may be given to him to furnish the sureties. He submitted that, though the applicant has prayed for 12 weeks time of extension, he is praying only for 6 weeks time of extension. 2.

Considering this situation and prayer, time to furnish the sureties is extended by the period of six weeks from today. 3.

It is made clear that there shall be no further extension and the applicant will have to furnish the sureties, as directed, within that period.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
