DATE: SEPTEMBER 19, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.515 of 2022 registered with Vadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] It is the case of the prosecution that deceased had an affair with the sister of the Applicant. Learned APP on instructions informs that investigation in the matter is complete and charge-sheet is ready. It is further claimed that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not required. That being so, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 3] Applicant in the event of his arrest in C.R. No.515 of 2022 1/2

46 ABA-1492-22.doc registered with Vadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station, District Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs 15000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station from 26th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
