By an order dated 22.09.2011 this Court admitted the present Appeals. Ad-interim order granted earlier was continued and in the meanwhile, the Trial Court was directed to dispose of

Pradnya Bhogale 2 901 AOST 15690-11.doc the pending suits as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months from 22.09.2011.

In this view of the matter, the present Appeals in all likelihood are rendered infructuous. However, in the event the Suit as directed by the Trial Court is not disposed of within the time stipulated in the order dated 22.09.2011, the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings within six months from today in which event the ad-interim order granted by this Court to continue till then.

With these directions, both Appeals stand disposed of. Civil Applications are disposed of.
