P.C:- This writ petition is filed in respect of arrest of the Petitioners to quash and set aside an FIR. The petition is filed on 26 May 2013. Notice was issued on 3 March 2014. Thereafter, no attempt is made to circulate the petition, neither any affidavit is filed placing on record subsequent developments. There is no interim order. This appeal is pending for admission. Perhaps, in view of the subsequent developments, the Petitioners are not interested for prosecuting the writ petition. Even otherwise, it is not possible to entertain this petition for quashing of FIR at this stage after a decade. The writ petition is disposed of.
