In our view, the Petition is infructuous. It has been overtaken by subsequent events. The tender has been awarded to the 4th Respondent. There was never any ad-interim relief though the petition was filed in 2021. It would not be possible to revisit an old tender and an awarded contract at this late stage. 2.

The point or principle of law that the Petitioner urges is left open for decision in an appropriate case.
