When this matter was called out in the morning session, Mr. Saraogi was busy in another court. His junior requested either for adjournment or to take this matter post recess. Post recess, when it was called out, it is stated that Mr. Saraogi is not available. The junior advocate is also not in a position to obtain instructions from the petitioner. Since filing of the petition, the petitioner has not bothered to instruct the advocate. In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
