By an order dated 26th July, 2017, we had issued notice to the Petitioners, calling upon them to deposit or pay deficit Court fee of Rs.7,500/- within two months. The office note shows that the deficit Court fee is not deposited till today. On the previous date of hearing i.e. on 26th September, 2017, since none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner, we had directed that the matter be listed today for dismissal. None appears for the Petitioner today. The deficit Court fee of Rs.7,500/- is not deposited as per the order dated 26th July, 2017. It is most likely that the Petitioners are not desirous of prosecuting the Writ Petition. Hence, we dismiss the Writ Petition with no order as to costs.
