The above Writ Petition is filed for seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to execute and implement the Order dated 30th March, 2021 passed by the Respondent No.1/District Magistrate, Thane under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the said Order has been implemented and possession of the secured assets, which form SEPTEMBER 6, 2023 Shubham Talle

3-WP-11152-2023.doc a subject matter of the Section 14 Order, have been handed over to the Authorized Officer of the Petitioner/EARC. He therefore submitted that leave be granted to withdraw the above Writ Petition. 3.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
