Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The civil application seeks condonation of a delay of 133 days in filing the present second appeal. The explanation is that due to lawyers' strike around that time, the certified copies could not be collected by the Advocate and accordingly, there was a delay. The explanation is accepted. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Office shall now number the second appeal and place the same for admission on 17 April 2017. Respondent No.4 waives service. Notice shall be issued to other Respondents. The Appellants are also permitted to effect a private service and file an affidavit of service by the next date. (S.C. GUPTE, J.) 1 / 2
