After hearing the applicant for some time, when this Court has shown its' disinclination to grant pre-arrest bail, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the applicant shall surrender to the Respondent-State on 17th August, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. It is clarifed that time granted to surrender, shall not be construed as protection from arrest.
