Petitioner, who is appearing in person, is praying for this court to initiate contempt proceedings against respondents for committing contempt of the order passed by this court on 7th March 2022 in Writ Petition No.7485 of 2021.
In the order of 7th March 2022, paragraph 4 contains the directions and it reads as under:
4. As far as the reliefs sought by the Petitioners in the Writ Petition is concerned, by consent of the parties, we pass the following Order : (i) Order dated 3 rd January, 2019 is set aside. (ii) The Deputy Superintendent of Land Record shall hear all the concerned parties and pass a fresh speaking order as per the boundary of M.R. No.5319/2007,within a period of four weeks from today. (iv) The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off." Petitioner states that the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records has passed the order on 31st March 2022, copy where of is at Exhibit A-4 to the petition. In fact, an Interim Application No.2511 of Meera Jadhav
2/2 10-cp-484-22.doc 2022 was taken out by petitioner, which came to be disposed by an order dated 20th April 2022, copy whereof is also annexed to this petition. Paragraph 3 of the said order reads as under: "3 The party in-person submits that the Dy. Superintendent of Land Records has passed a speaking order as per the order of this Court. In view of this, the order of this Court stands complied with." In the circumstances, we find no contempt being committed by anybody. Petition dismissed.
At the same time, if petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, he may adopt independent proceedings to impugn the said order. We express no opinion about the said order.
