1. Heard Mr. Jaggi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

2. Petitioner who is an ailing Senior Citizen is the plaintiff in the suit before the Trial Court bearing Suit No.1 of 2015. 3.

Pursuant to the order dated 30.11.2022, the Respondents have duly been served. Affidavit of service dated 05.12.2022 is taken on record which indicates that Respondents have been duly served.

4. None appears for the private Respondents though served.

5. In view of the limited restricted relief sought for by the Petitioner and considering that the suit has been pending since 2015, it will be trite to pass direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

6. Learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of Suit No.1 of 2015 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from today.
