Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, makes a statement that the petitioner was released on furlough for the period of 14 days and after completion of 14 days, he has also surrendered late by 20 days. In support of his statement, he has placed on record report dated 29th November, 2013 of Superintendent, Nashik Road, Central Jail. The said report is taken on record. In view of the report, the grievance made by the petitioner, will no more survive. The petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
