The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has obtained the Caste Certifcate in proper format. The petitioner shall submit the proposal for verifcation of the said Caste Certifcate with the appropriate Committee within four weeks.

If the proposal is submitted, the Committee shall the take decision on the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today.

We have issued the directions considering the fact that the petitioner is retired from service. The respondent shall also consider the case of the petitioner's case for provisional pension, subject to the consequences that would follow after the judgment of the Committee.
