17.cam.169.18.doc are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:- a) Delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned. b) The order dated 6th February, 2018 is set aside. c) Family Court Appeal (L)No.29166 of 2017 restored on file. d) The Applicant to remove all office objections in Family Court Appeal (L)No.29166 of 2017 within four weeks from today failing which Civil Application stands dismissed without further reference to Court. e) The Applicant to pay costs of Rs.1,500/-.

f) Costs to be deposited in Kiritikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay within four weeks from today failing which Civil Application stands dismissed without further reference.
