Learned AGP on instructions from Ms. Trupti Vijay Kolte Patil states that the physical possession of the secured asset shall be taken on 14 May 2019 and seeks extension of time accordingly. We accede to the prayer and accept the statement of the learned AGP. Time shall accordingly stand extended. We make it clear that it will be open for the Tahsildar/Circle Officer to take physical possession of the secured asset on earlier date in accordance with law.
