Applicants i.e. husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2 have filed present Application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of C.R.No.I-24/2021 dated 25.02.2021 registered with Ozar Police Station, Nashik under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of I.P C., with the consent of Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar joint Affidavit of Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 dated 13.07.2023, duly affirmed before the Assistant Registrar of this Court. It is stated therein that, Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 have amicably settled the matter and Respondent No.2 does not 1/2

SSK 43-apl-552-21.doc want to proceed with the present crime lodged by her. It is further stated that, due to misunderstanding and communication gap, the present crime has been registered.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 13.07.2023 and her 'no objection' for quashing C.R.No.I-24/2021 dated 25.02.2021 registered with Ozar Police Station, Nashik. 3.

The statements made in the Affidavit by Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b).
