The record discloses that, there is delay of 3 years and 82 days in filing the present Civil Application. 2] A perusal of Application would indicate that, no proper explanation for condonation of such an inordinate and colossal delay has been given by the applicants.

I find no reason to condone the delay.

3] Application is, accordingly, rejected.
