Mr. Mhatre, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Complainant submits that by way of the Consent Terms-Deed of Settlement dated rd August 2023, all the disputes and differences between the parties have been resolved. It is submitted that there are various disputes and differences between the parties pending in different judicial forum and these Consent Terms-Deed of Settlement have been filed in original in the Allahabad High Court in Criminal Appeal No.7631 of 2008.

It is basis these Consent Terms-Deed of Settlement that all the disputes and differences between the parties have been settled. A copy of these Consent Terms-Deed of Settlement is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
