P.C.:- Heard. During pendency of the petition, the Respondent -Corporation was directed to consider Petitioners' case for exemption under Section 133 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, Megha 1/2

39_wp_5718,5685_17 &5687_18.doc 1949. The Petitioners accordingly made such representations, however same were rejected by the Respondent-Corporation by the order dated 21.6.2018.

In the light of above, Mr. Phatak seeks leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to challenge the said order by filing appropriate proceedings. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 3.

The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.

In order to enable the Petitioners to challenge the said order dated 21st June, 2018 before appropriate authority, we continue the ad-interim order granted on 29th July, 2018 till the disposal of the said proceedings.

All points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
