IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY.
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 2114 OF 2014 Mr. Vinod Ratilal Solanki ... Petitioner
Versus
Ms. Seema Kondiba Sonawane ... Respondent Mr. Rajesh Khobragade for the petitioner.
Ms. Shareefammal for the respondent.
Mr. Ajit Patil, A.P.P. for the State.
CORAM : M.L. TAHALIYANI, J.
DATED : APRIL 28, 2015 P.C.
Admit. Heard finally.
Hard learned counsel Mr. Khobragade for the applicant and learned counsel Ms. Shareefammal for the respondent. This petition impugns the orders passed by the Magistrate below Exh. 5 granting some monetary relief and relief in the nature of residence to respondent no.1. The said order is appealable. Admittedly appeal has not been filed. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. The grounds raised in the present petition can be raised in the appellate court. Writ petition is dismissed. Liberty
