The learned APP Mrs.Shinde, states that the charge sheet has been filed on 25th July, 2017. However, the above Petition has not been amended, so as to challenge the charge sheet. 2.
Be that as it may, in view of the charge sheet being filed and considering the allegations made in the FIR in question, it is not possible for us in our writ jurisdiction to delve into the factual aspects.

It would be open for the Petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy available under the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.
If any such statutory remedy is availed of by the Petitioners, needless to state that the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With the directions as aforestated, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
