Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that investigating agency is not taking cognizance of complaint relating to allegations made by the petitioner that the accused had entered into the property with dangerous weapons.

Learned APP submits that 13 such complaints were filed by the
2/2 wp1896.16.sxw petitioner, three of which are treated as cognizable and remaining were treated as non-cognizable.

The parties are litigating in the Civil court. In case the petitioner has any subsisting grievance, the petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as prescribed in Criminal Procedure Code. 4.
