This is an application for expediting the Sessions Case No.520 of 2014. The earlier application preferred by the applicant was disposed off by this Court by Order dated 22.3.2017 on the ground that the trial of the said case has already commenced.

The learned APP. submitted that as of today prosecution has examined eight witnesses and is intending to examine seven more witnesses in support of its case.

In view thereof, no further direction to expedite the trial is necessary.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
