Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned APP.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that this is an application for transit bail in respect of offence which has been registered with Trilokpur police station, Uttar Pradesh. According to the learned Counsel for the applicants, they are permanent residents of Mumbai. The deceased Sohrab Ali had executed gift deed in their favour. The informant on the basis of 1/2
917. aba 933.17.doc whose complaint offence has been registered against the applicants has challenged the gift deed by filing appropriate civil proceedings which proceedings are pending. In this view of the matter, the applicants are seeking transit bail. In the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application in the following terms.
i) In the event of arrest of the present applicants in C.R. No. 376 of 2017 registered on 04/03/2017 at Trilokpur Police Station (Uttar Pradesh), the applicants may be released on transit bail for a period of 6 weeks from the date of the arrest on their furnishing bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more solvent sureties to make up the said amount and P.R. Bond in the like amount to enable the applicants to approach the Competent Court for appropriate reliefs.
