Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the Grievance Committee for redressal of grievances raised in this petition within two weeks from today.

In case grievance application is filed within two weeks from today by the petitioner, the Grievance Committee shall decide said grievance application as expeditiously as possible and within six months from filing of said application. All contentions raised in this petition are kept open to be agitated before the said committee. Since the petition is pending till date, the Grievance Committee shall decide proposed grievance application of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law by ignoring technicalities. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of.
