The Learned APP states that a C-Summary report has already been filed in May 2017 before the concerned Court. The Learned APP further states that notice of the same has been issued to the Petitioner on 22-7-2017. If that be so, it is for the Petitioner to take appropriate steps by filing an Objection Petition in respect of the C-Summary report. It is therefore not necessary to keep the above Criminal Writ Petition pending, the same is accordingly disposed of.

However, we make it clear that in view of the aforesaid facts, we have not considered the prayer for transfer of investigation. The said relief is therefore kept open for the Petitioner for being claimed at the appropriate time.
