This application is for condonation of delay though in the application it is stated 297 days, the office note shows is to be 3 years and 279 days. It is stated in the application that the period of limitation from 15/03/2020 to 28/02/2022 in view of Covid-19 Pandemic. The actual delay is therefore only of 297 days. It is further stated that even after Covid-19 pandemic the present applicant could not be recovered and due to financial loss could not file present appeal.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 2 opposes the 38-ia-13567-2023.doc varsha

application. However, considering the reasons assigned for delay, this Court is of the opinion that delay deserves to be condoned. Civil application is allowed.
