Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants submitted that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have issued release deed for seeking compensation amount on behalf of them in favour of respondent No.1, so respondent No.1 be permitted to withdraw the compensation along with additional amount of Rs.1,20,000/- as per the Judgment dated 1st March 2023.
