In support of this submission, he invited our attention to the cause title of the petition as also the prayers. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to file proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
