1] By order dated 5th June, 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the concerned police station twice a week i.e. every Monday and Thursday between 5 to 7 pm till further orders.

2] The learned APP on instructions submitted that as a matter of fact the applicant never attended the Investigating Officer/ Police Station and thus has violated the directions issued by this Court. In view thereof, the applicant does not deserve any further 1/2

sr.13.aba.936.2017.doc sympathy. Interim relief granted by Order dated 5th June, 2017 is hereby vacated, and as a consequence thereof, the application does not survive and is accordingly dismissed.
