This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. The offences registered against the applicant are 364(A), 343, 346, 385, 302, 120(B), 201 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned APP has filed a report on record by the Senior P.I. of Central Police Station, Ulhasnagar. It is stated that the prosecution has recorded the evidence of 9 witnesses and the next scheduled date is 9th July 2021. The Sessions Court is requested to expedite the trial.
