This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad for a period of six months. The Applicant was released on bail by order dated 20th October 2015 passed in Bail Application No.1756 of 2015. While granting bail, this Court had directed that the Applicant shall surrender his passport.

Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is required to travel to South East Asia and United Arab Emirates. He also submitted that he has received a summons from the Court of Singapore in respect to some civil proceedings. Learned advocate further submitted that at the earlier point of time, he was permitted to travel abroad. Learned advocate for Applicant pointed out the orders dated 20th July 2016 and 3rd November 2016 wherein permission was granted to the Applicant to travel abroad.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances and in the light of the fact that at the earlier point of time also the Applicant was permitted to travel abroad, the permission as sought, can be granted on similar conditions as imposed vide order dated 21st July 2016. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(A) The Applicant is permitted to leave India to visit South East Asia and United Arab Emirates for a period of six months between 18th June 2017 and 18th December 2017, on following conditions : (i) The Applicant shall furnish surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- or cash in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in the registry of this Court;
(ii) The Applicant shall furnish the concerned police station his contact number, telephone numbers as well as his addresses in those countries where he would be available for communication during this period;
(iii) The Applicant shall return India by 18th December 2017 and he shall then surrender his passport back to the investigating agency within three days from his return;
(iv) On fulfilling these directions, the passport of Applicant be returned to him immediately;
3 of 3 901.APPP.460.2017 (v) Learned advocate for Applicant submits that in pursuant to the order dated 21st July 2016 he had deposited a cash of Rs.1,00,000/- in compliance with the said order with the registry of this Court, which is not withdrawn as yet. On the basis of said cash security, he had also travelled abroad in pursuant to the order dated 3rd November 2016. If the said cash security is not withdrawn till today, the Applicant be permitted to travel abroad on the basis of said cash deposit.
