In pursuance of the order dated 18/06/2015, the Court Commissioner has submitted a report dated 13/07/2015. 2.

The learned Counsel for Petitioners states that the Petitioners are ready to install the rolling shutter at its position as suggested by the Court Commissioner in his report by styling the same as feasibility 1.

The learned Counsel for Respondents has no objection to the installation of the rolling shutter at its present position in accordance with the Court Commissioner's report at feasibility 1. URS

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by observing that the Petitioners will be at liberty to install the rolling shutter at its position in terms of the Court Commissioner's report at feasibility 1. 5.

The Petitioners, to take care that whilst this work is being undertaken, there should be no unnecessary damage to the building. 6.

The learned Counsel for Petitioners states that the balance of the Court Commissioner's fee shall be paid directly to the Court Commissioner latest by tomorrow.
