The Petitioner has challenged the order declaring the Respondent No. 2 is not qualified to participate in the tender process. The Petitioner has also challenged the work orders 1 / 2 April 5, 2019

915-WP-6624-16.doc dated 12th May 2016 and 16th May 2016 issued to Respondent No. 3 pursuant to the tender Notice dated 18th December 2015 issued by the Respondent No. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has pointed out that after tender was awarded, the entire work has been completed by Respondent No. 3.

In the circumstances, it appears to us that the Petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the Petition. Even otherwise, we find that this is not a fit case to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court. The Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
