Learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, submits that during pendency of these applications, the applicant has been arrested and he is in custody. It is submitted that the applicant had preferred these applications for modification of the order passed by this Court granting bail and for extension of time to deposit the amount. It is submitted that in view of the arrest of the applicant, the criminal applications have become infructuous. In the circumstances, except Criminal Revision Application Nos.145 of 2016, 146 of 2016, 147 of 2016, 149 of 2016 and 150 of 2016, all criminal applications seeking modification of order passed by this Court and extention to deposit the amount are dismissed as infructuous.

At the request of advocate for applicant, all the revision applications be listed for directions on 11th June 2018. The advocate for applicant shall give private notice of hearing to the respondent. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
