2] Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that he has already removed the office objection of payment of deficit Court Fees Stamp, and, if it is necessary, he will again remove the office objection, if any.

3] In view thereof, this Application is allowed, subject to removal of the office objection. The Second Appeal is restored to its original file.
