This is subsequent application. Earlier application was rejected by this on merits vide order dated 7/3/2017. The present application is received on 23rd May, 2017. The applicant had received the order dated 7th March, 2017 and has submitted that this Court had considered criminal antecedents of the applicant. However, according to him, he has been acquitted in 14 cases and that he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
According to the applicant, the prosecutrix had specifically stated that she was in love with the present applicant and she could not have seen any damage is done to him. The said aspect would be a matter of trial. In view of this, the application stands rejected. Talwalkar

The learned Sessions Court, Mumbai seized with the Sessions Case No. 126 of 2014 shall make every endeavour to conclude recording of evidence as far as possible by 30/11/2018.
