The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order dated 10-2-2014, another order has been passed by the Trial Court sometime in the year 2018 enhancing the interim maintenance to Rs.15000/- per month. If that be so, it is for the Petitioner to challenge the said order of enhancing the interim maintenance to Rs.15000/- per month. The said order therefore transcends the challenge raised in the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition has accordingly turned infructuous.

However the contentions of the Petitioner sought to be raised in the above Petition are kept open for being urged whilst challenging the order enhancing the maintenance to Rs.15000/- per month. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
