At the outset the Learned Counsel for the Applicant is granted leave to amend so as to delete the word "Second Appeal No.45 of 2013". Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

The above Civil Application has been filed for recalling the order dated 11th April 2014 passed in the above Civil Application. The said relief is sought on the ground that the subject matter of the above Civil Revision Application is different than the subject matter of the Civil Revision Applications and the Civil Applications which have been disposed of by the said order dated 11th April 2014. The subject matter of the above BGP.

In view thereof, the order dated 11th April 2014 passed in the above Civil Application and Civil Revision Application would stand recalled. The Civil Application and Civil Revision Application would accordingly stand restored to file. List the above Civil Application and Civil Revision Application before the appropriate Court.

The cause title of the said order dated 11th April 2014 would accordingly stand corrected by deletion of the above Civil Application as also the above Civil Revision Application.
