Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2A, on instructions, states that his client has already withdrawn the amount deposited by the applicant.

In view of the fact that the entire amount is already withdrawn, pursuant to the order of the Reference Court, nothing survives in this civil application. It is however, made clear that withdrawal of such amount would be subject to the outcome of the first appeal.
