By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 12.05.2017 passed by respondent No.2 rejecting the petitioner's application u/s.14(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (said Act) stating that the said application was barred by limitation.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2, across the Bar, makes a statement that he received Basavraj G Patil 1/2
511.5906.17-wp instructions from the Authority that they are ready and willing to decide the Review Application of the petitioner without going into the fact that the said application was filed beyond the period or not. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above, following order is passed:
a.
Order dated 12.05.2017 passed by respondent No.2 rejecting the petitioner's application u/s.14(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 is set aside.
b.
Liberty granted to the petitioner to file review petition before the Authority within a week from today.
c.
If the review petition is filed within a week from today, the Authority shall decide the same on its own merits as early as possible.
d.
Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Basavraj G Patil 2/2
