Heard the parties. As the record reveals, the landlord filed Civil Revision Application before this Court after suffering concurrent findings in the Trial Court and in the Appellate Court, on his claim to have rents recovered from the tenant and also get the tenant evicted.

But the Civil Revision application is filed with a delay of 67 days. Despite the respondent's objection, I 1/2
