1. Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a copy of the order dated 10 th October 2022 in Order below Exhibit No.168 passed in 1/3

Darkhast No.136 of 2011 and submitted that demarcation of the writ property is already carried out by executing the said order passed by II Addl. Judge, Small Causes Court, and Civil Judge, S. D. Pune and thus, there is no impediment to the State Government in making any award. Copy of the order is tender across the bar and taken on record.

2. Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation on instruction states that, land of the petitioner is already demarcated. Award can be made by Special Land Acquisition Officer (SLAO), since the amount required to be deposited insofar as the petitioner is concerned, is already deposited. Statement is accepted.

3. Ms. Purav, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall verify this position and if the demarcation is already done and requisite amount of compensation is already deposited by the Pune Municipal Corporation, award shall be made by the SLAO within four weeks from today.

4. Contempt Petition is disposed off in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
