113.15-caa No.7167/2015. Undertaking is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Order dated 07/05/2015 passed by the learned Registrar is recalled.

b) Civil Application (ST) No.7169/2015 and Appeal from Order (ST) No.7167/2015 restored to file for hearing.

c) The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections in Civil Application as well as Appeal from Order within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
