In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Shukla, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings for recovery of security deposit. All contentions in that regard of the respondents are expressly kept open. Order accordingly.
