(IN CHAMBER NO.4) P.C. :- 1] Mr. Wakankar, learned counsel for the applicant, on basis of instructions from the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this civil application/review petition, since the applicant has already made an application before the learned Trial Court to seek recession of the order which was the subject matter of the original Writ Petition No. 10071 of 2017. He submits that such an application has been made on account of variation in circumstances.

2] Accordingly, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. However, it is clarified that such application is to be decided in accordance with law and on its own merits by taking into consideration the contention of either parties. 3] Civil Application as also the Review Petition are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
