By the present application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish the sureties as directed by this court by releasing him on bail on 05/05/2022. His application came to be allowed by permitting him to be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for a period of four weeks and on a condition that the P.R. Bond in the said amount with one or two solvent solvent sureties in the like amount shall be furnished during the period of AJN

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application. The applicant states that he was unable to arrange for the sureties and seeks extension of four weeks to abide by condition No.(ii) as imposed upon him.

Considering the bona fides, the time is extended by four weeks. It is however, made clear that on failure to furnish the sureties, within the time stipulated, he shall forfeit the benefit to be released on bail.

The application is disposed off.
