WEDNESDAY, 14 th JUNE, 2017 P.C. :

On 6th June, 2017, a detailed order was passed granting interim protection to the applicant.

Learned A.P.P on instructions states that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer as directed by this Court vide the said order.

Considering that the document is in possession of the police, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 1/3

Accordingly, interim order dated 6th June, 2017 is confirmed. The applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount ;

(ii) The applicant shall now report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called; (iii) The applicant shall not attempt to contact or influence the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case; (iv) The applicant to cooperate with the conduct of the trial. 4.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
